Perfect for lovers of architecture and food, explore off the beaten path of Singapore’s retail district. Learn how the story of Singapore is shaped by diverse communities and the storied past of the early Armenians and Jewish diaspora. Along the way, enjoy a local brunch of kaya toast, steamed Chinese rice rolls, Malay curry puffs and local beverages at a local cafe. From a secret skyline view, admire the sweeping views and see how the new and old coexist in this city. Our adventure continues as we explore a pretty, lesser known neighborhood with hidden cafes, wine bars and antique shops. Our final stop will be a modern gem in the heart of the neighbourhood and we will see examples of how the city brings greenery into the public space. Small-group tour limited to 5 people.

Visiting Tiong Bahru

Had a fun and enjoyable day with PS. PS was pretty knowledgeable about the history around the area and we explored some interesting places which I wouldn’t have known if not for the tour.

Being a foodie herself, she had some nice recommendations on where to get some goody munchies!
